1. Orders received will be processed and shipped out within 72 Hours (except pre-order items).
2. If delivery day fall on Public Holidays, Saturday or Sunday, order will be shipped by next working day.
3. The delivery will take place by 2.30pm every day. Please note that, orders send by afternoon will processed and shipped out by next day.
4. We offer free shipping with purchased value of RM 200 and above, except promotion / discount items.
5. Customers must follow up on parcel movements and receive parcel. If there is an overdue receipt by the shipping company, the replacement postage must be borne by the customer :

6. Customer can choose to collect order at Astaka Shopping Centre (Muar) Sdn Bhd. Customer shall pickup order within 3 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
7. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery information you entered in the website/mobile app is accurate and complete. Astaka Shopping Centre (Muar) Sdn Bhd will not be liable for late delivery or non-delivery of your order resulted by incorrect delivery information.
